The organization has a Board of Directors consisting of 07 members. It is the supreme policy making body and responsible for implementing the policies of the organization. An Executive Director is answerable to the board follows up the operation and progress of the project and furnishes situation progress reports to the Board of Directors regularly.

The organization consists of the following functional departments- Public & International Manager, Program manager, Finance and Administration Manger and Charity and Volunteer Service manager; there are units under them.
